Generally, we tend to feel good when our life’s expectations are being met, and we do not feel that great when they are not. As we all know, external circumstances can change at any time, so most people live in fear that what they have can be taken away.  

What if there is a way to feel good independent of what is going on in your life? What if this is a skill that can be trained and learned and, thus, expand into ever more aspects of your life giving you a sense of peace and fulfillment?
